Health and Guts Values
This is a list of values for each character's stamina in Arcana Heart 3. Every character has a base value of 24,000 stamina, but their true health values are determined when multiplied by their health modifier. For example, Maori has a +5% modifier, so: 24000×0.05=1200: 24000+1200=25200. These modifiers do not effect damage done to a character, it only changes their maximum health.
Guts deals with changes in the damage you receive due to the amount of health you have left. After you break the threshold for Guts, it will start at 0%. The more your your health depletes, the higher it becomes until you have no more health.
To give an example to further explain it, Konoha's health modifier is -3%, meaning she has 3% under the 24k base health value. Starting when her lifebar gets down to 50% left ("guts threshold"), she starts taking less damage at an increasing rate, taking -25% damage ("maximum guts"), i.e. 25% less damage, when she's almost dead.
The effects of guts are summarized in the chart below as each character's Guts Factor, which is the amount of damage that will be reduced over the course of an average match.

Ideal Total Effective Health
Assuming this information on guts is correct, then you can calculate "Ideal Total Effective Health" (effective health if you get perfect damage reduction from your guts). Note that the chance of getting perfect damage reduction is highly unlikely, as it requires that you get hit into the very first % of your guts threshold, and even then individual hits are going to do enough damage to surpass individual levels of guts... so this is not really that accurate, and should be thought of as a high end value.
ITEH = (Total Health) * [ 1 - (Guts Threshold) - (Guts Threshold) * LN( 1/(1+(Maximum Guts)) ) / (Maximum Guts) ]
This means that in an ideal situation, Aino Heart using Love arcana, versus another player using Love arcana, has 25813 (24000 * [1-.4-.4*LN(1/(1-.3))/.3]). Akane with the same arcanas would have 27326 ITEH, and Scharl would have 22832.
For anyone who is still not clear on how to calculate total health, it's Total Health = 24000 * (1 + Character Health Modifier) + (Arcana Health Modifier) - (Opponent's Arcana's Attack Modifier) On this wiki, the arcana percentages have already been multiplied by the 24000 value, this is why they aren't multiplied like the character health modifier is.
Realistic Total Effective Health
Once again, assuming the information in the table is correct, then you can calculate "Realistic Total Effective Health". This is similar to ITEH, but assumes that all damage comes in a certain increment. For simplicity I worked under the assumption that damage came in 2.5% increments. Obviously, fighting Fiona, Catherine, or Kira makes this estimate a little low, while fighting Lilica or Dorothy makes it a little too high. The 2.5% estimate is used in the stat blocks on individual character pages to calculate the "Base EHP" field.
Using a 2.5% damage per hit base, the formula is...

In general, for a damage increment of I, the formula is...
RTEH = (Total Health)*(1 - T - T*LN(1/(1+M))/M + MIN(I,T)*M/(2*(1+M)))
This means that in a realistic situation, Aino Heart using Love arcana, versus another player using Love arcana, has 25685 health. Akane with the same arcanas would have 26863 RTEH, and Scharl would have 22927.
The RTEH formula has a bit of complicated math behind it that I don't want to type out on this wiki, especially without pictures. If you really want to know about it, ask on the talk page, and I will elaborate.
