This idiot doesn't even show up until Operation: Galactic Storm was already over, no idea why he bothered showing up here.

Gameplay

An extremely controversial boss character, in no small part due to his grenades and what they enable for him. Normally inaccessible to human hands, he became playable with the introduction of the Bosshack/Assist Unlock romhack. Character Page potentially will be finished in the future.

Strengths	Weaknesses
Bar-none the most oppressive zoning in the game, grenades alone can easily lock down an opponent, doubly so when backed up by Ultimus as an assist. Grenades also work universally across the cast. While there are characters who can (theoretically) get around and/or deal with the grenades better than others, Galen is almost never on the backfoot, regardless of the matchup.	Is a jerk.
