Near the end of the descent (right before landing), the move has an additional hitbox on Shenlong's foot. Unlike the main hitbox, however, this landing hitbox cannot catch at all, in addition to causing a Groundbounce on hit.

All of these attacks can chain into almost all Rokugo Combo Ring enders at any point. The sole exception is Ferocious Tiger Laceration (instant), as the Golden Hawk Method chains themselves don't count as part of the Rokugo Combo Ring.

Shenlong morphs back into his Human Form and tries to attack the opponent's throat. On a successful hit, the opponent will fall to the ground, lacking breath. While attempting to get up, Shenlong taps their head, causing energy to build up until they explode.

With its combination of massive damage, insane blockstun, deceptively low recovery, and the unique ability of restoring ~20% of Shenlong's Beast Gauge on a succesful hit, this is often considered one of the best Beast Drives in the game.

Shenlong raises his arms and marches in penance. After completing his march, Shenlong will attempt to snatch the opponent; if successful, he proceeds to blast their body with energy.

Because of the march, the hitbox, at its latest, comes out on frame 85. However, should Shenlong's upper body be hit during the march, he will try to attack sooner.

This Beast Drive takes the opponent to the wall in front of Shenlong. However, the move exhibits a few differences depending on his current form:

  • In Beast Form, Shenlong sends the opponent to the wall via a mirage, leaving him in his current position.
  • In Hyperbeast Form, on the other hand, Shenlong himself takes the opponent to the wall, leaving him right next to the victim.

Rules

  • Moves can only be chained in a proceeding numerical sequence. For example, using a move with the designation of "6" can only be followed up by "1" or "5".
  • Moves cannot be repeated: a chain that starts with "6" can only end at "5" (6 > 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5) or "1" (6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1).
  • After any move in the Rokugo Combo Ring is performed, Enders can be initiated afterwards, all with their own inputs.
  • When in Beast Form, all Rokugo Combo Ring attacks receive a damage boost depending on when they're used within the Ring:
    • If used as the fourth move, the attack gains a 10% boost and is surrounded by blue lightning.
    • If used as the fifth move, the attack gains a 20% boost and is surrounded by yellow lightning.
    • If used as the sixth move, the attack gains a 30% boost and is surrounded by red lightning.
