The A version rushes for a short distance, and the B version rushes for a long distance. Both AB versions can be derived with the A and B buttons after inputting the technique. Derivation A is the lower sliding. Derivation B is a mid-back jump thrust EX version that cannot be derived, but is an invincible shooting technique with a fast rush speed.

The A version is used for follow-ups such as continuous moves and 5B. The overall movement of the technique is long, but if you guard it, there are few openings. It has a large hitbox and cannot be guarded in the air, so it can also be used as an anti-aircraft. The B version has a slow start-up and cannot be used for continuous moves, but it is a middle move. The EX version is used for continuous moves, and if it hits, it will blow away, so it is possible to follow up (see the section on continuous moves for details).
