Introduction
Celty Sturluson (セルティ) is an Irish fairy called a Dullahan who came to Japan looking for her stolen head. Her motorcycle is her familiar Shooter, a Dullahan's headless horse, in disguise. Has gained the nickname "The Black Rider" during her time in Ikebukuro.
