  • Love Deluxe: Through her Stand, Yukako has access to some of the longest-reaching normals in the game, in addition to an install that enhances her abilities.
  • My precious hair! It's turned completely white!: Yukako is able to revive when she is about to lose the match, granting her an opportunity to turn the game around.

Pros Cons
  • Long Reach: Yukako has normals and special moves that reach very far, giving her good zoning/footsies capabilities.
  • Mobility: Using "Hngh!", Yukako can move across the stage very quickly. The M and H versions can also be canceled into an aerial, which can leave her low to the ground.
  • Second Chance: The ability to revive gives Yukako a second chance to close out the match, meaning opponents can never rule her out.
  • Unsafe Pressure: As a result of her large moves, Yukako's attacks are very unsafe, resulting in her pressure being unsafe as well.
  • Troublesome Lights: Yukako's 5L is very stubby, and her 2L is noticeably slower than others, making it a struggle to beat out options on wakeup.

Love Deluxe

Because Yukako's Stand, Love Deluxe, is active at all times, she does not change movesets by pressing the Style button; instead, doing so causes her hair to flare up as a purple aura surrounds her.

While in this state, most of Yukako's normals inflict extra hits, improving their damage and combo utility, in addition to allowing them to inflict Chip Damage. Yukako must spend 0.25 HH Gauge to access this state, and the gauge will very slowly deplete while active. The ability will be canceled when the HH Gauge empties or with another press of the Style button; upon deactivation, Yukako will briefly fall to her knees in exhaustion, leaving her vulnerable. If Yukako's HHA is executed while Love Deluxe is active, the ability is immediately canceled and the HH Gauge will be completely emptied.

  • Yukako's fastest button by far.
  • Hits high enough to anti-air and covers 3H's deadzone well. She can also chain anti-air 5L into 3H to convert for big damage.
  • With Love Deluxe active:
    • Can link into itself on hit.
    • 0 on block, making it a very scary move for easy hitconfirms and tick throws.
    • The second hit can also catch opponents mashing if a Stylish Guard is used against the first hit.

  • A very strong poke that converts into a full combo, and is integral to her mid-range defensive playstyle.
  • This move is very unsafe on whiff and loses hard to dash-jumps. This can be used to Yukako's advantage, however, by baiting a dash-jump and anti-airing with 5L or 3H for a full combo.

  • Despite the move's appearance, the deadzone between Yukako and her hair is deceptively short.

  • One of the best jump normals in the game due to its massive hitbox, making it good for cross-ups, jump-ins, air-to-airs, and combos.
  • This move outshines j.L in almost every way, its only shortcoming being lower active frames in comparison.

  • A very good jumping poke that can combo into 5M at max range if hit low enough.
  • The angle this move hits at is very good for punishing zoners, but can be Counter Hit very easily by projectiles if not used well.

Yukako extends her hair forward. If it connects, the opponent will have her hair implanted on them for a set period of time.

  • The version used changes how far Yukako moves, as well as how far her hair extends.
  • The implanted hair remains on the opponent for ~9 seconds.
    • It will not go away if Yukako is hit, its duration being reduced instead. It will immediately go away if she is knocked down, however.
  • Primarily combo filler, but can also work as a niche frametrap option since it always beats mashing opponents.

L version:

  • Yukako advances (and extends her hair) the least.

M version:

  • Yukako takes a step forward, extending her hair more.

H version:

  • Yukako moves further, extending her hair the most.

  • The effect caused by the implanted hair depends on the version used.
  • Cannot trigger Counters.
  • Can hit OTG.
  • While it can be blocked, it cannot be defended against with Stylish Evade or Stylish Guard.

L version:

  • Drags the opponent towards Yukako.
  • If applied at the end of a combo, the threat of this version is very scary as a neutral skip or meaty, allowing Yukako to run her amazing pressure or strike/throw mix-ups on oki (unless the opponent uses an invincible reversal).

M version:

  • The opponent remains in place.
  • Causes hard knockdown.

H version:

  • The opponent flies away from Yukako.
  • Launches on hit.

Yukako leaps forward knee-first. If the attack connects, she'll extend her hair, grab the opponent with it, and lift them up before crushing and slamming them into the ground.

  • Different versions cause Yukako to leap at longer distances.
  • Causes a groundbounce on hit.
  • Not considered a hitgrab, despite appearances.
  • Yukako bounces backwards if the leap is blocked.

L version:

  • Covers the least distance.
  • Pushes Yukako backwards the least if blocked.

M version:

  • Distance covered, as well as pushback on block, is in between the L and M versions.

H version:

  • Covers the most distance.
  • Pushes Yukako backwards the most if blocked.

Upon defeat, Yukako's hair frizzles and turns white as she suddenly regains consciousness and stands back up in anger.

  • Requires 1 HH Gauge prior to (or just enough gained from) the death blow.
  • Yukako resurrects with 19.5% Health and Rumble Mode active.
  • Upon reviving, Love Deluxe is rendered permanently active, at the cost of destroying her HH Gauge for the remainder of the round.
  • Any combo Yukako is in at the time of activation will immediately end. In addition, any transformations that take place during her revival will be canceled.
  • Status effects (such as JJASBR Rohan Small Icon.png Rohan's "Safety Lock!", JJASBR Fugo Small Icon.png Fugo's Homicidal Virus, etc.) will persist after revival.

  • The first hit causes a crumple against grounded opponents.

If the attack connects, the opponent is launched upwards as Yukako extends her hair to catch and wrap around them, repeatedly flinging them overhead to brutally slam them into the ground. Yukako then finishes her assault by rapidly constricting the wrapped opponent with her hair until it crushes them, before suddenly releasing them as she calms down.
