Benkiman

Story

Benkiman is a Brutal Choujin, an informal faction-of-sorts of Choujins who fights dirty, but are not quite aligned with the Devil Choujins. As his appearance might imply, he is functionally a sentient toilet; yes, that is supposed to be a coil of poop on his head (it might be ornamental, or it might not be; that was never made entirely clear). His signature finisher involves rolling his opponent into a ball, and then literally flushing them down himself. His most notable bout in the series was when he fought Kinnikuman during the 21st Choujin Olympics, where he lost due to getting clogged by Kinnikuman's shorts.

By some strange miracle, he managed to rank 29th on the official 2013 character popularity poll, which led to him getting a one-shot spin-off exploring his origins. Benkiman is actually an ancient Choujin from the times of the Incan empire, suffering amnesia when the conquistadors invaded and suplexed him. In the present day, he wrestled as Heladoman, until he regained his memories (along with his real name) when his grandfather revealed to him that the thing on top of his head is not ice cream, but poop.

Gameplay

Benkiman is, to put it bluntly, a joke character. Owing to this, he has many mechanically and aesthetically strange tools that are very atypical in this game, such as meter-draining projectiles or an instant kill. These are unorthodox or gimmicky at best, or completely useless at worst. Not to help matters, Benkiman has low health, and very low damage output; all put together, Benkiman is...not very good. However, his very strange moveset can and will confuse, annoy and blindside unfamilliar opponents.

Benkiman gets winded, and eventually wipes his brow. This brow wipe is where the move's hitbox is, doing no damage on hit, but draining 1 bar. The hitbox on this move is nearly non-existent, such that it can only hit an opponent if they are moving towards Benkiman (such as after a rope bounce) or if the opponent stick a hurtbox into Benkiman, acting as a "parry" of sorts, albeit one that starts up extremely slowly.
