Robin Mask

Story

Robin Mask had it all: he's the foremost Choujin in his native Britain, he's the champion of the 19th Choujin Olympics and he's even got a beautiful, loving wife. However, his loss to Kinnikuman at the 20th Choujin Olympics sent him into a spiral of depression and rage, culminating in several attempts to get his revenge. He does get over it after a few arcs, and after reconciling with Kinnikuman, he would join the rest of the Justice Choujins in fighting new threats from all sorts of evil Choujins.

Robin Mask also has the dubious distinction for the amount of times he had been killed off, and subsequently been brought back for one contrived reason or another. As of the time of writing, Robin Mask is currently on his 4th death and rebirth.

Gameplay

Robin Mask is a straightforward character known for his simple but strong tools. Most notably, several key buttons such as 6A and his excellent jabstring gives him a reasonably strong, if linear, neutral and pressure game. He does have some buttons that are on the slow side, most noticeably his launching options, but his good buttons more than makes up for it. Robin also has some unique specials like 44S, which can have applications in defensive or okizeme situations.
