Introduction
Cutter (Unlocked at Fighters Rank 24)
Cutter is an extremely powerful Zoner/Rushdown hybrid of sorts that can threaten the opponent from anywhere. Try to stay at a long range against cutter, and you'll be pelted by a hail of Cutter Boomerangs aimed with almost surgical precision. Get up close, and you'll be overwhelmed by Cutter's fast close-range attacks. Unfortunately, cutter tends to struggle against characters with large attacks that can easily break boomerangs.
