Koihime Enbu RyoRaiRai Version 3 is the second major revision to Koihime Enbu. It adds a new playable character (Jokō) and assist (Kakuka) to the roster, one new stage (Luoyang), and changes some of the core gameplay systems.

Originally released on April 22nd, 2021 for PC and July 28th, 2021 for PS4, update version 3.10 introduced system and character changes. Most notably, "V3" added a forward run/dash macro mapped to a dedicated button. The PC version required the character/supporter DLC to get the balance changes (similar to how Rev 2 DLC works for Xrd Revelator) whereas PS4 got the balance for free and the DLC was optional. This distinction seems to have been dropped as of patch 3.50.

A second DLC character was teased in late 2022 and version 3.50 was released on March 29th, 2023.
