Page Renovation
This is the new template's page. Please use this as a foundation and look at the completed character pages for examples if you want to help with page renovation.
Completion is a bit subjective in this case, but the minimum should be that all pre-existing info is adapted to the new template, and all moves are listed in such a way that they are easy to edit info in, it could just be empty templates with the move's name and/or input for a work in progress page.

Convert from true startup to first frame active
The following table is of the characters that require their true startup entries changed to first-frame-active.
Use Sydoh's frame data document to verify that the frame data is true startup before editing it. Some pages (H-Kouma has been noted on maincord) may already be first frame active, but need additional verification.
