Introduction
Rita Repulsa is a fearsome master of magic bent on conquering the universe. Earth has stood in the way of her goal for millennia, thanks to Zordon and the Rangers. From her lunar base, the Moon Palace, Rita surveils the planet and hatches schemes with Lord Zedd, her partner in villainy and romance. The Rangers’ most persistent foe isn’t all bad, though; she’s cooperated with Zordon and the Rangers when the stakes were high enough, and she eventually turns away from evil toward the light, becoming the Mystic Mother.

- Pillar of Creation - Rita's assist tracks and has a lot of hitstun. It is great for extensions and forcing movement from the oponent
- Tag Out Value - Rita's specials and jump buttons create tons of value as tag out options
- Float Me to the Moon - Rita's unique lets her linger in the air for defense, escapes, and mixups. She can even block while floating
- Damage - Rita kills most of the cast off of any starter

- Metered Inconsistency - Rita doesn't have the best metered options. She can be hit out of her Super and her EX is relatively inconsistent
- Bullet Sponge - Rita can struggle against non-committal zoning options
- Novice Juggler - Rita's assist can be inconsistent when it hits moving characters
- Disrespect Her - Rita's mixup options are relatively unsafe and reliant on respect from the opponent
