Richard Wong

Introduction

Deceptive, cunning, elusive; these are the key traits to the main villain of the Psychic Force series, Richard Wong. Any great villain has an equally great power and Wong is no different thanks to his time manipulation abilities. Wong's specialty is in evasive and tricky aggressive play, gradually frustrating the opponent into playing his game. He even has one of the only two burst PSY moves in the game with Illusion of the Void (66+L when in knockback) which lets him teleport out of pressure and potentially punish an aggressive opponent.

Much like in his favorite game (chess), a Wong player should gradually consider all the pieces on the board and every eventuality. If you can do this you will have the enemy in the palm of your hand.
