Note: K-069 is a guest character from one of the dev's other games, and her inclusion may or may not be canon.


After the dismissal of the human-driven ENiGMA space force in 2063, following the discovery of shadowy practices to enhance the abilities of the pilots, Kreen Industries took the task of bulding a replacement android pilot. The K-line of almost-sentient gynoids was reconverted to driving tasks in order to satisfy the supply request. K model 069 has been the latest iteration of the series: composed by two interconnected units (one aboard the spaceship, one installed in a human-like body), K-069 has a twin brain which make her body and her vehicle one and the same thing. Built using state-of-the-art carbon and ceramic materials and designed by Leonard Vertighel, the most influential android designer of this century, K-069 is the heroine everyone needs in these dark times. As every gynoid in this production line is different from each other, it is easier to use their appearance and uniqueness to ensnare the masses and create "the image of the future", and K-069 is no exception to this.

Playstyle

Unique Traits

3 unique meters:

  • The Power Up Counter tracks K's current level, and is represented by three "battery" icons beneath the other meters. Using 214T increases her level by one, up to a max of 3. Each level gives access to new moves and traits(See 214T for a full list of effects.). K takes more damage when she does not have any levels.
  • The Shield meter is represented by a green bar above her Bullet Counters. Moves that use the shield(namely 2T) will drain this meter, and any moves that use shield will become unavailable for use until it is recharged.
  • The Bomb meter is represented by a red bar above her Bullet Counters. The bar is used similarly to the Shield Meter, where upon using certain moves, the meter will drain and the move will become unusable until it is refilled. The only move that uses the bomb meter is her 236T.

Strengths/Weaknesses

Strengths Weaknesses
  • Fantastic zoning, her T fireballs allow fullscreen harassment from all angles while 236T keeps your opponent from doing risky stuff from afar.
  • 2T is a great keep-away option that outright denies the ability to approach K when the shield is ready
  • Zoning is complimented by decent normals and combos, meaning getting close isn't the end of the world
  • Level 3 makes her one of the scariest characters in the whole game
  • T fireballs need K to be powered up first
  • 2T and 236T are on a cooldown, limiting their use.
  • takes more damage when not powered up
  • 2T counts as a projectile, meaning it can be sidestepped
  • moveset is quite limited without power ups.
