Movement
Many of the best characters in Street Fighter EX2+ have fast walk speeds. There are no universal dashes, and Air Movement is very linear.

Notes
- Cracker Jack, Skullomania, and Kairi each have a very fast forward walk, but are slow to retreat. Their ranking above is heavily affected by this.
Hit Stun
EX2+ reeling animations feel very intentional. Aside from unique animations based on the strength of the hit, my testing shows that many normals exhibit properties that are close to a "Force Stand" effect.
Ken's HK Tatsu, for example, often whiffs on crouchers. If you cancel from Low Forward, the reeling animation brings Ryu high enough to get hit. You can test this by doing the same combo twice, and seeing how the sequence changes on hit or block. Ryu barely moves when guarding, so HK Tatsu always whiffs, even point blank.
