Chun rears back before pulsing a blue chi beam out of her palms. A basic projectile that goes a little farther than a Hadouken does. Relatively weaker but still decent fireball. EX Version blows opponents back further and goes a farther distance.

Handstands in position and splits her legs before levitating for a brief moment midair. One of her signature attacks since her debut. Spinning Bird Kick is great for mobility and hits multiple times to lead into other special moves or techniques, notably so from aerials. EX Version holds her in place which deals more damage and once again has potential to KO unlucky opponents at the cost of not being able to move.
Currently, it's biggest weakness is the accurate hitboxes that, true to Street Fighter nature, whiff on some crouching characters or even small characters (like Kirby or Meta Knight) even from very close range, meaning some opponents can punish her easily or it has to be used as an anti-air to reliably hit small characters.

A barrage of jumping kicks that launch opponents diagonally upward before putting Chun in special fall. EX Tenshokyaku makes her jump higher and have more KO ability with the attack, usually preferred for recovery as well while the regular version for more reliable finishers.

Chun Li rears back her arms as she's coated with a black aura. Letting go of the button makes her do a double palm strike with oil paint trails, which stuns the opponent. Charging it fully increases the stun when the attack hits the opponent, allowing for easier follow ups. Can cancel the charge with a dash or pressing the shield button, and can also tank a single hitbox - not attack. Works similarly for Evil Ryu and Ryu.

Chun-Li gathers intense ki energy in her palms, then releases a stationary concussive blast. Compared to actual Street Fighter, the range is much more wide and drastic, and it blasts the opponent away with intense damage to boot. Pretty standard Final Smash attack.

Chun-Li takes a large step forward and delivers a rapid barrage of kicks (her Hyakuretsukyaku), then takes another step forward and delivers another rapid kick barrage with her other leg. After that, she takes one final step forward and delivers a Tenkukyaku, which knocks the opponent into the air. The iconic EVO Moment 37 super, along with being one of the more hype Final Smashes in the game. Range is relatively poor, but worth the input.
