Using Radmin
STEP 1
Download Radmin: https://www.radmin-vpn.com/ Radmin allows you to connect to a server and link up with multiple PC's By switching to Radmin, it will lead to less issues. Some users are just not able to get Hamachi to work. STEP 2
- Double Click on your name in Radmin, or right click on your name to change it from DESKTOP to your own username! Then join one of the Battle Craze servers:
Network name: Battle Craze!
Password: battle
Status: Full
name: Battle Craze! 2
pass: battle
Status: Open
STEP 3
HOSTING: If you are hosting, you will just need to select “Online Vs” and select HOST. Once you do you will simply have to wait for your opponent to connect using your IPv4 they copied from your Radmin username. A box will also pop up asking
If the connection does not work after setting up, the person hosting can try to re-host. If the connection still does not work check the settings menu to make sure that the port is the same as your opponent (it should normally be 7500 by default)
JOINING: If you are joining you will need to create a profile for the opponent in Battle Craze. Once you select “CREATE NEW” you will be asked to put in the name then the IPv4 of the opponent. The name does not matter so have fun with it, but make sure it's a name that helps u remember who you are connecting to. The last step is finding the username of your opponent in Radmin copying and pasting the IPv4 into Battle Craze (YOU WILL HAVE TO PRESS “INSERT” ON YOUR KEYBOARD TO PASTE IT, IT SHOULD ALSO SAY THIS ON THE TOP LEFT OF THE SCREEN.) After that you can select their profile in Battle Craze and if they are hosting you should have connected to them.
STEP 4
Some errors may occur while trying to connect your opponent, if you cannot connect check out these steps and see if these can fix the problem
- MAKE SURE YOU ARE PLAYING THE SAME VERSION: The smallest updates from one build to another may cause DESYNCS to occur. If they are on a different build just send them the most current version and try to follow the steps for step 3 again
- CHECK YOUR SETTINGS: Certain settings may cause more problems if they are changed. The main ones being the RESOLUTION and the PORT. If the resolution is different not only would it cause desyncs but the game interface while playing will look very off. Make sure that is kept at the default (1280x960) there is also the option to make it 640x480 but make sure the opponent has the same resolution as well for minimal errors. If you want to play in full screen simply go to the OPTIONS > Video SETTINGS and change the window option to full screen.
- CHECK YOUR RADMIN: Radmin is able to show the connection status all the people connect to that room, if the person you are connecting with has zero bars, or you are noticing that no one else's connection are loading properly you can select the blue power button on Radmin to turn off and turn back on. It should be working properly after that is done.
