Overview

Muscle Beluga is an offensive character with incredibly wide moves that can easily box out an opponent. Off of any hit, Muscle Beluga can push the opponent around and score great left-right high-low mixups that can lead to the same situation. He also possesses one of the best overheads in the game, which is near uncontestable if used at max range.
