Through all of YYMD's quirky mechanics, Itsuki is certainly the closest to a "technique" character that you can get.
Itsuki has not only very effective normals, powerful combo enders, teleport mixups akin to O.Toguro, but also a puppet that can both dish out effective damage and heal Itsuki on command. Oh, and, of course, a time-stop super. Meter management is often taken care of via connecting his versatile links, though most of his extremely threatening abilities stay locked behind a brick wall of tight execution. This factor alone tends to be why Itsuki players often struggle to maximize on his potential in practice; understandably so.
