Super Gotcha Force is a 1v1 based competitive mod of the GameCube title "Gotcha Force" developed by Capcom. The game was originally released in Japan on November 27, 2003 and is a 2v2 ratio based arena fighter made with the Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam engine, and shares a lot of mechanics and similarities to the Gundam Versus series in general.
The Super mod focuses on a select few characters with extensive combo mechanics and changes to the game's pacing to emphasize a 1v1 arena fighting experience. With new mechanics like fast-falling, combo-cancelling, special cancels, and several moveset buffs and edits to the cast, the Super mod is inspired heavily on games like Super Dragon Ball Z.
The mod is most played online through Dolphin Netplay delay-based netcode, with the files needed to play the mod in a Google Drive folder.
