Where's training mode?

Start a versus match then press the F button on both controllers. Press the F button again on either controller to exit training mode.

How do I change the controls/settings/etc.?

Settings can be changed from the menu bar at the top of the window. To change controls select Option > Keyboard (or JoyStick for controllers). To change game settings select Option > Game.

NOTE: The menus will probably look strange (expect missing and/or messed up text) if your system locale isn't set to Japanese

Can I quit back to the menu without relaunching the game?

Hold the A+B+C buttons while the game is paused.

Why is the game running so slowly?

The framerate might suffer if controller input is enabled but there are no controllers plugged in. Either plug in a controller or disable JoyStick in the game options.

Turning on full screen makes the game look weird!

Sadly full screen is completely broken on modern Windows versions. Just resize the window instead.
