Super Sidekicks 2+3/Advanced Tech
Both Games:
Turn-Around Cancelling - By performing a half circle motion you’re able to turn around without being stuck in the turn-around animation (41236/63214 and any other derivatives).
Stat Limit Break: If you buff a stat for your team and that stat is slightly below max, you end up going over the game’s limit on that stat.
For Example: If you buff a team’s speed when their speed stat is less than max, that team will move faster than teams with max speed with a speed buff, effectively breaking the game’s speed cap.
Super Sidekicks 2's Advanced Tech
Speed Boosting - Holding a vertical direction and then pressing C while you have the ball releases the ball incredibly far and you gain a speed boost fast enough to get it back. This also allows you to set up some nasty goals. (pressing 7C, 8C, 9C, 1C, 2C, 3C all apply)
C-Cancelling - You can cancel the recovery animations of any pass or throw-in by timing C properly, This makes passes and throw-ins virtually unpunishable if you cancel your recovery with a speed boost
Vertical Movement Cancelling - When you do a horizontal direction and press C, the ball will travel far but you won’t get the speed to catch up to it unless you quickly switch to a vertical direction before going back to your horizontal direction (e.g: 6C~86)
Super Sidekicks 3's Advanced Tech
Speed Boost: By Holding Down the C button while you have the ball, you constantly keep letting go of the ball because of Super Sidekicks 3’s buffer system. This allows you to dribble with the speed of a player without the ball (which is faster), controlling this takes more precision than regularly moving with the ball and there’s still a time and place for doing this.
