In a nutshell, she's the "Yusuke, but worse" to Chu's "Yusuke, but better."
Genkai can dish out dizzy-heavy strings almost as quickly as she absorbs them herself. Having a shot-for-shot replica of Yusuke's ReiGan (minus the aerial version), a tricky high-low mixup, high-damage options out of throw and an effective chain-grab setup, Genkai has all of the tools Yusuke or Chu has in their kit...just with a little extra challenge in the stun department. Similar to Hiei, Genkai is also a small-bodied character, meaning she can effectively sweep under mid-leveled fireballs and high-reaching attacks like Y.Toguro's 6
and 236.
