On hit you will bounce back if you do not input any followups. On block you will continue through until you reach the ground. This move has recovery on landing based on how low to the ground you hit, or the same amount of recovery no matter what when blocked. If you hit the opponent low enough to the ground, Mingmei will not bounce off and will instead immediately land (incurring the recovery).
