Big Bang Beat -Revolve- is a 1-on-1 2D fighting game developed in partnership with AliceSoft and released in 2011 by now-defunct developer Frontier Aja, known for Million Knights Vermillion and, more recently, the Touhou game Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony. It's based on the game Daibanchou: Big Bang Age, an eroge game made by AliceSoft, and features all characters from that game.
The game plays like a classic anime fighter, and incorporates mechanics from many different anime fighters, like Burst from ArcSys games, and movement before round start like the Melty Blood series. It features a few unique mechanics too, such as the use of B-Stones to build meter. It's usage of air unblockable moves makes the general neutral fairly grounded and poke based for the most part. It is a very easy game to get into, but has a high skill ceiling with plenty of unique tech to discover.
