Introduction
Pico is the titular main protagonist of the Adobe Flash series with the same name and a mascot of the popular multimedia site Newgrounds. Created by Tom Fulp in 1999, he made his first appearance in Pico's School, saving his classmates from a group of goth kids that are carrying out a school shooting.
Pico has had multiple appearances in Newgrounds crossovers, one of which being Newgrounds Rumble where in his story mode he is trying to win the tournament to defend his role as the face of Newgrounds.

- Pico can do multiple heavy kicks in the air just like in Newgrounds Rumble
