Turns
A Turn starts when either you or the opponent are put into hitstun and ends when they recover from stun. At the end of a turn, both players will gain 1 Light and any status effects applied during the Turn will take full effect.
Light
Light is a resource that is consumed to execute certain skills. Light is most commonly gained on Turn End but some skills like Gunner's "Reload" and Brawler's "Ruin." may restore some light in the middle of a Turn.
Emotion Level
Emotion is a value that increases whenever you take or deal damage, increasing more when dealing damage rather than taking it. Once your Emotion reaches a certain point your Emotion Level will increase, which will give you an Abnormality Card [page pending] if you've selected one for that Emotion Level. Some skills are altered depending on your current Emotion Level, and other skills (called "Psyches" in the character pages) are unlocked when the Emotion Level reaches a certain point.
P1/P2 / Proration / Hitstun Decay
P1 is the Starting rate of a combo, meaning it will not change until your combo (or "turn") is over, while P2 is your everchanging combo proration, scaling down by Current x New value, so if you had 1.2/1.2 P1/P2, and then used a 1.4/0.8 P1/P2 move, it'd become 1.2/0.96 P1/P2, with only P2 changing as the initial combo proration cannot decay.
