Story
Mevious plots to overthrow the kingdom of light and cover the world with his league of darkness. He starts by stealing the Twinkle Star, an artifact that can grant any wish. His plan is to wait for the fairy royalty to take the bait and destroy them. Then, he'll use the Twinkle Star to wish for world domination. He tries to do so in his ending but his lower back was aching at the time. In spite of his original plan, he changed his wish to healing his back.
In the first game, he keeps track of how many continues the player used to reach him and makes a humorous comment about it, which is one of two fourth wall breaks in the game - the other being his servant Dark Ran's intentions with the Twinkle Star.
After the events of the first game his powers have been sealed by the Royal Family and he is forced to do 100 years of community service before having his punishment lifted. However, in the next game, Dark Ran planned to restore Mevious' powers using the Twinkle Star. At the end of Dark Ran's storyline in the second game, Mevious is touched that Dark Ran didn't cast a selfish wish on the Twinkle Star and instead used it to help Mevious. He wonders if there's anything he can do to repay her and then Dark Ran notices that she and Dark Rabicat don't have any names themselves. Mevious tries to think of a good name to give them, but Dark Rabicat doesn't fail to mention that most of the names he comes up with are kind of ridiculous.

Kazuya does a sideways chop. Generally outclassed by n.5LK and n.5MK, but it might catch people jumping.

This has disjoint which is rare for a standing HP. Quick startup makes it a great anti-air for lower angles and a decent committal counter-poke. It can also be low profiled by some crouching pokes.
Crouched by Wulong, Liza.

A 2-hit punch that's pretty outclassed by n.5MK (better frames and cancellable for ground use) and f.5HP (gives you a reset instead of a KD on anti-air). Chances are you should only see this on accident.
Crouched by Wulong, Liza.

Kazuya leans back and kicks, mashable and pretty disjoined. Rarely comes out to contact due to n.5LK's large activation range, which is the normal you want for combos/pressure.

Kazuya does a funny-looking kick. This is his farthest reaching disjointed normal, only outranged by 2MK and 2HK. It's not all too rewarding, though.

A good meaty and all-purpose close normal. It's more active and vertical than n.5LK with a somewhat shitty grab OS, all in return for not being self-chainable.

Your standard shoto standing HK. Can be used as an emergency anti-air - the more vertical close version helps with this. Don't even try to make this work as a poke. Usually won't hit for the first part, since n.5HK will activate, so it's usually +3/+1.
Crouched by Kazuya, Barts (crouch blocks it), Gekkou, Wulong, Liza, Lihua, J. McCoy, Marco, Azteca.
