Overview
Playstyle
 L-Tsugumi brings more of a focus on mixing and conditioning the opponent with overheads, lows, counters, and fakeouts. Her main goal is to make the opponent scared to press a button because the last thing they pressed got them punched in the nose. |

| Trait | "Raijin Godspeed": Tsugumi’s Craze Technique empowers her next bolt attack. Landing a Counter Hit automatically adds a charge to this. After hitting with an empowered bolt attack, Tsugumi gains a brief burst of speed. During this time, her Craze Technique consumes this buff in order to enhance it, and allow it to cancel out of specials. |
