Tsugumi is the deuteragonist of Battle Craze!! A rising MMA star whose chance at glory was taken from her in a crucial match. The defeat left her into seclusion until years later, she would return to Battle Craze to not only reclaim that victory, but also to test herself in the face of all odds.

Raijin Force: After contacting with 4 bolt attacks, Tsugumi gains a brief burst of speed. During this time, her Craze Technique consumes this buff in order to enhance it, and allow it to cancel out of specials.
- Extremely versatile C-tech that allows for great bait punishes.
- Very fast movement that is further enhanced with the Raijin meter.
- High damage with charge gimmick and combo extending supers.
- Very low health

Raijin Godspeed: Tsugumi’s Craze Technique empowers her next bolt attack. Landing a Counter Hit automatically adds a charge to this. After hitting with an empowered bolt attack, Tsugumi gains a brief burst of speed. During this time, her Craze Technique consumes this buff in order to enhance it, and allow it to cancel out of specials.
- Similar to C side but C-tech now charges the Raijin meter without having to hit the opponent
- Better mix with a low hitting special (QCF+LK) and a fake out version (QCF+SK)

Robo-Tsugumi - Tsugumi with a few more beeps and a lot more boops.
Thrush Drive: Robo-Tsugumi has a battery gauge with 3 pips. using a SP or SK special will consume a pip and empower the attack. Otherwise, LP or LK versions will occur instead. The battery gauge charges over time, with movement, and after connecting a move. Special moves can be chained into each other up to 3 times.
- Trades consistent speed with a versatile rekka and a battery gimmick that enhances specials
- New C-tech is a command grab that charges battery much faster then her normal moves
- Can dodge through the opponent similar to C-side
- Good mixups
