Introduction

Kidd has unique movement options that allow him to combo, chase opponents down, and stop them from recovering. His abilities give him easier access to aerials and grant him unique neutral options.
Signature Mechanic: Fuel
Kidd’s abilities are powered by Fuel which he gains by hitting opponents. Kidd’s Air Rush spends Fuel to float horizontally for a short time. This lets you extend your airtime and maneuver in ways most characters can’t. Manage your fuel wisely, as your kit becomes a little more limited without it. Get the hang of the Fuel system to carry your opponents right to the blast zone.
About
Kidd is an extremely optimistic and resourceful satyr whose charisma and expertise with explosives have elevated his exploits against imperialists to the status of legend. On the surface he’s all wisecracks and bluster, but underneath the facade is an ardent tinkerer with a kind heart. A tough upbringing meant Kidd had to be a survivalist from a young age; he learned that the only fights worth fighting were the ones unfair to his enemies. Kidd is a world traveler, often working as a sailor aboard airships of varying legitimacy. It’s said that he has ties to the pirate captain Velora , and had a hand in the success of her career.
