He is a student attending high school in Armstone City (the same as Picky). He has no family as his parents deserted him when he was very little. He is raised by a sister at church. He is an expert on the BMX, but as his long time rival Picky became a Viper, he decided to become a Viper as well.
One of the new characters of the game. He's also one of the first stance characters of the series along with Emi. He's also a damn good character too. Most of the fun with Charlie comes from his bike which isn't just there for show if you couldn't tell. You can use it as a weapon and him riding the bike IS his stance. Some attacks help him transition to his BMX stance. He's solid enough without it. Good attacks, a few strings, decent power but the bike IS Charlie. So it all comes down to how imaginative you are with his stances. A-tier character.
