Fightcade 2
Netplay for the Dreamcast version of Fighting Vipers 2 is currently available on Fightcade through Flycast Dojo. The current reference version of the ROM is Fighting Vipers 2 (Japan) (En,Ja).chd from the Dreamcast CHD Redumps.
Just download the current version of Fightcade and add Fighting Vipers 2 (Japan) (En,Ja).chd to Fightcade\emulator\flycast\ROMS.
Launch Fightcade and search for "Fighting Vipers 2 (JAPAN) (DREAMCAST)". Hover over the screenshot of the game and click on "Join" to join the game's channel.
