Gameplay

Widely considered the best character, Avu has it all: quick long range sword strikes, very fast specials, and a mean beard.


Strengths Weaknesses
  • Strengths: Arabian Drill is the best move in the entire game: extremely fast, goes almost full screen, plus on both hit and block, and can "combo" into a throw on block.

5L is one of the best normals in the entire game, very quick and long reaching low that can easily stuff approaches and pressure zoners. Can still fight well enough even without a weapon.

  • Weaknesses: Poor anti-air normals, which get even worse without a weapon.

Arabian Burner can anti-air and destroy most projectiles, but it can more often than not leave you wide open for a while. Avu's sword gives opponents the most range out of all weapons.
