Introduction
A 102 year old Chinese hermit. He lives quietly atop a mountain, but comes down once in a while to obtain his favorite drink: shōchū. He enters the tournament to be able to buy as much as he wants with the prize money.
Gameplay
Hoi is a very tricky fighter, being quite skilled at aerial combat, with several ways to change his jump arc and crossup opponents. Having access to a wall jump makes him especially hard to pin down.
