Directionals
Here in these parts.... we use the good ol' numpad notation for directionals!
7 8 9 The numeric directional input assumes that the player \ | / is facing right and corresponds to the number formation 4 - 5 - 6 on a keyboard's numpad. So in application, this makes 4 / | \ act as "back", 5 - "neutral", 6 - "forward", and so on. 1 2 3 All further directional notation follows this template.
4 and 6 are used for general movement. 4 allows the player to high block. 44 and 66 can be used for backdashing and forward dashing respectively.
1 2 and 3 are for crouching. 1 will allow the player to low block.
7 8 and 9 are for jumping. The direction of the jump depends on the button pressed.
5 is a neutral state. It means no direction is being pressed.
Attack Buttons
L for Light ( Circle )
H for Heavy ( X )
S for Special ( Square and Triangle)
A for Assist ( Shoulders and Triggers )
(Do know that these controls are using the ADVANCED controls option. Please read the Rough Menu Translation to find out how to set it to advanced, as well as other options.)
So for example:
5L means neutral light
2H means crouching heavy
4S means back special!
6H up close performs a Throw/Grab!
A+A or Attack plus Attack performs Hiougi Attacks/Super attacks!
