shoots a gunblast diagonally down forward That can be used for good space control and usually hits low because it lands around there knees,Makes gunner fly backwards after the shot making it a decent runaway tool.

Unironically the best move in the game out of the legal cast,Does 48% or so on its own has huge + frames Goes Really slowly across the screen which makes it control tons of space Can be looped for corner tods Can be used as an anti air by jumping backwards first premeptively and it starts up in 4 frames so its actually good for abare too hilariously. only true drawback is it has a blindspot at absolute point blank range.
