1) Win Count
Each time you win a round, an trophy will appear here. Matches are decided by winning two rounds.
2) Life Gauge
This gauge displays your remaining life. It starts on 18 pips. When this gauge is depleted, the round ends. Whichever player whose gauge has not depleted wins the round.
3) Skull Timer
Each round has a set time limit (99 by default). If the timer reaches zero, then the character with the most life is the winner of the round. A neat little detail is that the skull will look to the player who was hit last.
4) Match count
This shows how many Vs. matches you've played.
5) Weapons
There will be weapons lying around (or hidden) in the stages. They'll glow green when you can pick them up.
5) Destructable environment
Some stages may have one or multiple background props you can destroy to discover hidden weapons.
