Vipers Best special and an incredible tool all around the spinkicks knock down on hit and each version has powerful attributes With the pp Version Being very safe To cancel into and pressure with+having better recovery,the kk version Hits low and is incredibly fast The only true drawback to this special is it does very low damage even when using the heavy versions.

The same move but in the air And it has some very nice capabilitys,The PP version can be used to halt air momentum and catch people off gaurd and the kk version can cross up And still hits low if your on the ground at any point,Both versions still knock down Making this a good mixup tool when combined with the elbow Or gun Cancels.

Viper plays very much like a shoto. Zone with his fireballs, anti air with his 2HP/5HK, etc.
He can rush in with 66P or Tatsu, the later which can be controlled.
j2HP can be used to fast fall/fake jumps or force 50/50s when above.
