Beginner Combos

Some basic combos that are useful to know if Pork’s advanced are too hard.

  5HH > 6S

A solid combo to use off of a 5H opener.

  5HSS

A good alternative to the previous combo for better oki.

  5S > 5L > 4S

Easy 5S combo.

  5HH(1) > RC > 4S > 5LHSS

Solid Rapid Cancel conversion off of a 5H opener.

  4S > RC > 5HH > 6S

Solid Rapid Cancel conversion off of Pork’s reversal.

Combo Primer

Common Openers

• 5L is an easy move to hit confirm from and is advantageous on block.
• 5H is a poke that can be hit confirmed from consistently.
• 5S is a great combo starter that is a throw.
• 4S > RC is a useful hitconfirm that can be a callout to pokes.

Combo Enders

Pork has different combo enders that they can use depending on the scenario. Since all of their combos typically end starting with Heavy Punch, each ender leads to a knockdown with various levels of possible oki:

  5HH > 6S

Pork’s highest damage midscreen ender meterless. Pork doesn’t get much oki afterwards.

  5HH > 5H > 5H > 6S

Pork’s main corner juggle.

  5HH > RC > Walk > 5HH

Pork gets a safejump for free and the ender does a ton of corner carry. In some instances a corner juggle can be used instead if Pork is close enough to the corner.

  5HSS

Gives Pork solid oki midscreen.
