Tomo is an excited young lady. She is an active and enthusiastic person that never considers, nor cares about, the consequences her actions. This usually irritates those around her, especially Yomi, her classmate since elementary school. She is easily moved into trivial competitiveness that seldom reaches her self-imposed goals, to the indifference of her classmates, and usually receives awful test scores (in which she has a perverse pride). She is the unofficial "leader" of the "Knuckleheads", along with Osaka and Kagura — even though Kagura's scores are even worse than hers.

Avoid if you dislike
Zoning: Tomo has several projectiles that can be a little tricky to get around.
Meterless unblockables: She can set up high/low unblockables (or hard to blockables) with 5C~6C.
Good mix: Even outside of her unblockables, 214B can be stylish canceled for very tricky high/low mix.
Extremely powerful super: Tomo has access to her 236236C, which is a beam super that builds back a bar on hit or block.
Healing: Tomo heals herself during certain moves.
Step dash: Instead of a run she has a step dash that low crushes.
Step dash: Her step dash makes her movement a bit more committal than other characters.
