Introduction
Being the Vs Com boss character, Boro mixes and matches moves from across the roster, sometimes subtly changed, with a grab-bag of strings to choose from. Because of this, she's well-rounded; she has some good pokes, acceptable pressure, handy delayable options, good combo damage, an average Throw game, a Counter, a parry, and attacks for every range. She has options for nearly every situation, but doesn't excel in any category.
She's unspectacular on paper, but Boro is very effective. Her only outstanding weakness is a near-lack of Knockdown moves. Everywhere else it matters, Boro can compete, and her practical Special affords her a lot of room to play out matches simply and effectively.
