While the strength of some assists in certain situations is undeniable, assist preference will frequently come down to a player's own preference and what they more immediately desire, something to always keep in mind.

Att Lass [character page]

Theoretically does not offer Galen much, as if you have time to call for Att-Lass, you probably could just be throwing more grenades instead, but if you're feeling extra cruel and just want to mock your opponent (Keep in mind you do not have the moral high ground on this, you're playing Galen), guaranteed instant stun while they're in the middle of trying to get through your grenade storm can be an extra kick while they're down.

By default almost exclusively the only assist that Galen realistically wants, as Ultimus is on screen and actively firing long enough for Galen to throw enough grenades to get enough meter back just in time to call him again as he's leaving. Enables his grenades shenanigans by far the most out of any assist.
