| Black Knight's obnoxiously small stature and speed are going to be your main problems here. While Thunderstrike has decent normals, all of his standing punch normals will whiff on a crouching Black Knight, giving him some issues with doing otherwise reliable blockstrings to keep BK off of you.
Iron Man is an assist to put some consideration to for this matchup, as while Black Knight can duck his beam without getting hit, he can't do so AND block, because his crouch block makes him just tall enough to get hit by the beam. In combination with your zoning tools, as well as Iron Man's extended presence also meaning an extended, separate hitbox protecting you, this can gave Thunderstrike a considerable edge in warding BK off. |
