Duels of Fortune/Bosses

What's the deal with these guys?
Duels of Fortune, as of writing, has 8 boss fights. These bosses are fought in arcade and missions and a few require specific conditions to fight. Once a boss is beaten, you can activate Boss Mode in extras to select them in regular modes. This was stated in the warning, but to repeat, none of them are balanced for human play. Some of these characters are downright impossible to fight when put into human hands and have heavily exploitable moves that the AI won't use that much when fought in their original conditions. As such, these guys are very obviously banned in any tournaments.
And what is boss mode?
Boss mode can be activated for any character. For some characters it only increases their health and damage but others get new moves or properties on existing moves, making them stronger than their regular forms. This mode too can only be activated when Boss Mode is enabled and is banned in competitive settings.
Shooting Star
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 7 or more stars and beat the mission "Shoot for the Stars".
Zorb
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 9 or more stars and beat the mission "A Rolling Rampage".
Tiny Evil Clyde
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 12 or more stars and beat the mission "The Tiny Terror".
The Mask
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 15 or more stars and beat the mission "Face Your Fears".
Shade
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 17 or more stars and beat the mission "Shady Business".
The Pill
Unlock Conditions
In Mission Mode, have 20 or more stars and beat the mission "A Tough Pill to Swallow".
The Masked Oni
Unlock Conditions
In Arcade Mode, earn over 260000 points on Medium difficulty or higher, land 3 Super KOs or 1 Perfect KO, don’t rematch a single fight, and defeat the secret boss at the end of arcade mode.
Donner Misterkay
Unlock Conditions
In Arcade Mode, beat Hard difficulty as a Schwarzerblitz Character/Costume. The valid costumes are any Johnson Costume, Chez Mick Rattlebone, Renzo Costume Clyde, Evilobster (Baron), Donner Misterkay, Explojudo Callowman, and Star Guardian Annie.
