Introduction
Kamen Rider Faiz
Kamen Rider Faiz does not have a dream, but he will fight for the dreams of others.
Faiz focuses on strong neutral play in base form, bolstered and enforced by his specials, including two quick unblockables. That alone is pretty good, and each Style adds additional tools to let him play his game and make opponents abandon any dreams of defense.
In this variation, Faiz can transform into Axel Form, simultaneously gaining the benefits of Speed Up and Power Up Styles. That means an invulnerable, guard-cancellable transformation that refreshes the Guard Gauge and also slows time for the opponent. On top of this absurd level of system privilege, Axel Form is independently one of the strongest Speed Up characters anyway.
This one goes a little too far.

- Confident Unblockables: Faiz comes equipped with a wide array of unblockable attacks, with varying amounts of gimmick but invariant power.
- Speed Up Style: Speed Up has a lot of offensive utility, from whiff punishing, to untouchable pressure, to combos that are effectively unburstable. Notably, Faiz is the only non-Kabuto Rider with this Style.
- Two-In-One Style: Axel Form gains benefits normally reserved for Power Up Style, such as a unique and more powerful moveset, and (more importantly) resets his Guard Gauge and damage scaling. Speed Up normally has huge inherent weaknesses defensively, but Faiz simply gets both at Speed Up's lower price.

- Banned Character: Axel Form breaks the rules of the game systems, and because of this, is generally agreed to be a little too much.

In this variation, Faiz gains access to his Blaster Form.

Faiz fires and runs behind a wave of energy. The wave released by this attack has no tracking, is unblockable, and imprisons the opponent on hit. Faiz himself, however, DOES have some tracking, and when Faiz reaches the opponent (whether they were hit by the wave or not), he automatically launches a blockable slashing attack. The slashing attack is punishable when blocked, but depending on how the opponent avoided the wave, he might just keep running for a while. When the move whiffs in this way, Faiz is technically very negative and can be punished, but puts himself in a much more awkward position and can avoid punishment.
