Bewear is a tanky grappler that relies on getting the opponent cornered in order to ensure maximum damage.

Avoid if you dislike
Powerful Pressure: No matter the matchup, once Bewear gets started he can crack the opponent open and run away with the round.
High Damage: Bewear has easy and very damaging combos, as well as powerful armored command grabs in 5B and 6B.
Bulky Bear: Bewear has the highest health in the game (32) and 2nd highest guard health (14), allowing him to take a lot of punishment before tapping out.
Surprising Mobility: Despite being a grappler, Bewear is pretty nimble thanks to his unique run (66) and tools like 2b & j.B.
Struggles With Zoning: Bewear's options to deal with projectiles and general keepaway are quite committal, leading to some skewed matchups.
Hard Reads: Bewear's best pressure tools leave him wide open to punishes on a successful defensive option from the opponent.
Towering Teddy: Bewear's height and size make him vulnerable to pressure and projectiles.
