Recommended Assists
- Minato - While Grimmjow does possess multiple moves that can punish at far ranges, all of them knockdown which means he cannot start a combo off of a punish at a far range (except for WJ if you do a Ghost Step before the second hit). Minato provides a meterless punish option which solves this issue.
- Yoruichi - Grimmjow's most reliable combo starter is SJ, but it doesn't go very far and is also very easy to punish if it whiffs. Yoruichi teleport and speed buff makes SJ easier to land in neutral which allows Grimmjow to have an easier time starting a combo.
