Introduction
Regina is a "jack of all trades, master of none" character. While Regina prefers the midrange she does not excel in any one area, but has solid options at every range and for every scenario allowing her to adapt very easily to situations. In turn, she has tools to deal with just about any type of character as a result with a strong anti-zoning tool in Flame Whip (180°+L) which can be aimed and leaves a trail of flames as she recovers, a safe midrange pressure tool in Spark Rain (46+L), an anti mobility install with Flame Chaser (466+L) which leaves behind a trail of flames whenever she dashes, or a close range AOE style move with Flare Burst (46+S) which is also her best BnB ender. That said, these options all have some obvious weakness to them so don't be predictable with her.
Regina is best thought of as a swiss army knife. If you can master her toolkit you will be left with a strong and versatile character that can deal with just about anyone.
