Part zoning, part rushdown, all adorable, Qdora is a pixie character with fast normals, versatile specials, and some of the best movement in the game, only surpassed (or contested) by B-Type Serena. In exchange for all of this, she has terrible health, probably the worst range, and nearly half of her moveset is tied to her unique 'Electric gauge' which also affects all of her damage, for better or for worse (oftentimes for worse). This weakness instantly becomes a boon once Qdora gets 2 meter and gives herself an opening to use 'Dragon Install', which effectively maxes her Electric gauge, making her a medium-risk, high-reward, high-damage character with mixup to match.

Qdora

Introduction

Part zoning, part rushdown, all adorable, Qdora is a pixie character with fast normals, versatile specials, and some of the best movement in the game, only surpassed (or contested) by Serena.

-Pros and Cons-

-Pros-
+ Fast normals
+ Great ground dash speed, and amazing air dashes
+ Excellent cancel options; most normals are jump-cancellable, and combined with:
+ Electric gauge allows for triple/triangle jumps for portions of the meter;
+ Giving the character a strong high/low/throw/crossup game
+ Special/Super moves can reach full-screen, track, or allow Qdora to traverse the screen instantly + Strong corner carry on combos, even meterless
+ Meter gain is above-average

-Cons-
- Normals have bad reach on average
- Electric gauge can gimp her damage ridiculously if not maintained (300 damage on a BnB?!)
- Special moves have very specialized ranges, making her easy to punish on whiff
- 'Dragon Install' is required to maximize her damage
- No meterless reversal
- Low health; 7692
